19 Months

Morgan is now 19 months old. She seems to be having a vocabulary spurt. She has really started talking a lot and we are starting to understand more of her words. Her are some of her favorite words.

Hi, Bye, Momma, Dada, Gran-ma, Auntie, Emma (a friend), Dog Dog (what she calls all dogs), Bug, Cheese , Pretty, Pop (what she calls popsicles – she loves them), Baby, Blankie, Papa (her paci), Bus, Two (her favorite number these days), Pool, Ball, Eye, Eat, Book, Write, More, Please, No (our least favorite of her words), and Money. Bryan started giving her his change each day and they go and put it in her piggy bank. She now asks for money daily. It is so funny. She loves money already…but at least she is saving it. :)

Morgan has also started to make noices like some animals. She meows like a kitty cat, baaas like a sheep and ooh-ooh-aah-aahs like a monkey. So cute!! Not only is she talking more, but she is understanding more and more of what we say.

She is still the perfect little eater and sleeper. She has us so spoiled!! She is still not a fan of TV. She may get that from her mommy!! Morgan still loves her paci. We try our hardest to only let her have it at night or nap time, but there are still days/times when she has it at other times too.

Morgan has a new found love for babies. She loves taking care of her dolls and goes through a routine with them that is similar to hers (she tries to feed them, brush their teeth, clean their face, put them to bed, etc). She is going to be a good big sis!
