New Chapter in Life
It is time to start a new chapter in my life. I found out yesterday that I got laid off from KPMG as part of a reduction in force. My last day with the firm October 13th. I am very sad to be leaving the firm. KPMG has been my life since graduating from college seven years ago. I am not sure how the transition will be but I am hoping and praying for the best. My time at KPMG has been blessed. Not only has KPMG provided me challenging and rewarding work opportunities, I have also had the privilege to work side by side with many bright and talented individuals. I have had the distinct honor of seeing many young faces start their careers straight out of college. It has been a joy to see them grow into their profession. People have come and gone throughout the years, and each one of them holds a special place in my heart. I take pride in the fact that many of my past and current co-workers are not just co-workers, I consider them friends. It is so hard to say goodbye to them, but hopefully we will all continue to keep in touch. My new personal email that I will be using is tammybaughman@sbcglobal.net. As I begin this new chapter in my life I will focus exclusively on my family. I have an amazing family and I will spend my time and energy raising my two children and being here for my husband. I know I will find so much joy in being here for my family as a full time mommy and wife. We really appreciate everyone’s thoughts and prayers during this time.

Garage Sale
We had a garage sale at our house this past weekend. Bryan tried to talk me out of having a sale for the longest time but I just thought it would be fun to try. It was a great weekend for it, weather wise. My sister, Kristie and her family came to town to help. We did pretty good, got rid of quite a bit, but I am glad it is over. Mission Arlington came to pick up everything that we didn't sell this morning. So glad that everything is gone!! We also sold some larger items on Craig's List the past couple weeks. We are fans of Craig's List!! I have been on a mission to get rid of stuff that we don't use and just have sitting around. We have to make room for our new addition to the family that will be here before we know it!

Dove Season is here...
It was opening weekend of dove season in El Campo this past weekend. We made the trip to visit my family so that Bryan could partake in the hunting festivities. Bryan had a blast hunting dove and duck! So much hunting, so little sleep but he didn't mind that one bit!! It was a great weekend for Morgan and me too. We got to spend a lot of time visiting family, which is always fun!! Here are a couple pictures of Morgan and her cousin Colton. Aren't they just adorable?!?!

19 Months
Morgan is now 19 months old. She seems to be having a vocabulary spurt. She has really started talking a lot and we are starting to understand more of her words. Her are some of her favorite words.
Hi, Bye, Momma, Dada, Gran-ma, Auntie, Emma (a friend), Dog Dog (what she calls all dogs), Bug, Cheese , Pretty, Pop (what she calls popsicles – she loves them), Baby, Blankie, Papa (her paci), Bus, Two (her favorite number these days), Pool, Ball, Eye, Eat, Book, Write, More, Please, No (our least favorite of her words), and Money. Bryan started giving her his change each day and they go and put it in her piggy bank. She now asks for money daily. It is so funny. She loves money already…but at least she is saving it. :)
Morgan has also started to make noices like some animals. She meows like a kitty cat, baaas like a sheep and ooh-ooh-aah-aahs like a monkey. So cute!! Not only is she talking more, but she is understanding more and more of what we say.
She is still the perfect little eater and sleeper. She has us so spoiled!! She is still not a fan of TV. She may get that from her mommy!! Morgan still loves her paci. We try our hardest to only let her have it at night or nap time, but there are still days/times when she has it at other times too.
Morgan has a new found love for babies. She loves taking care of her dolls and goes through a routine with them that is similar to hers (she tries to feed them, brush their teeth, clean their face, put them to bed, etc). She is going to be a good big sis!

18 Month Stats
I am a little late updating Morgan's stats from her 18 month doctor's appointment. At 18 months, Morgan weighted in at 22lbs. 8oz.(25% percentile) and 32" tall (60% percentile). She is still pretty terrified of the doctor’s office. She knows what happens there…shots :(. The good news is that she doesn’t have to get shots again until she turns 4 (excluding flu shots)!! We will go back and get a flu shot in a month or so, but other than that her next well visit is at 2!! We are so lucky that she has been so healthy!

Morgan's 1st Haircut
Today I took Morgan to Sweet & Sassy in Southlake for her 1st haircut. This place is great and very kid friendly, however Morgan didn't enjoy getting her haircut. Ms. Adrianna gave Morgan a lollipop which I thought would keep her happy and entertained but it didn't. She cried the majority of the time so I ended up having to hold her. Ms. Adrianna did a great job trimming Morgan's hair even though she was pretty squirmy. Morgan got two glitter stars on her arm when she was all done, which she loved. As soon as Morgan was out of the salon chair, she was happy, enjoyed her lollipop and had the best time playing on the runway. We will definitely go back next time she needs a trim.

Boy Names...
The fun of choosing a name for our baby boy has begun. There are lots of boy names that we (I) like but right now we have 4 at the top of our list. I have created a poll for you all to vote on your favorite. The name list may change and at that time I will update our poll. No promises that we will go with the name that receives the most votes...we just thought it would be fun to watch the poll :)
