Morgan's princess birthday party is right around the corner and we are getting all geared up for it. One of my favorite parts to party planning is deciding on birthday outfits. After a little thinking about what would be perfect for a princess party and what she would like to wear I decided on a TUTU and a birthday shirt. With a lot of encouragement from my friend, Mandy, and a tutu tutorial online I decided making a tutu was something I should be able to do. I headed to Hobby Lobby and an hour or so later I completed my 1st tutu - Short and full of fluffy frill...perfect for our pretty little princess!

Graham's measurements at 2
Look how big our baby is getting!!

After a lot of thinking and talking we have decided to switch peditricians. The doctor the kids have seen up until this point was excellent and we are going to miss her dearly. Sadly she is facing serious health conditions and has decided to close her practice. She is in our prayers each and every day!! Last week during Graham's 2 year well check we met our new peditrician, Dr. Erin Wallace. We loved her and the entire office. Graham's well check was perfect and he didn't get his shots because he had a low grade fever that morning. We will save that fun for another day. :) Here are his measurements at 2 years...
Weight - 26 lbs. 11 oz. (25th percentile)
Height - 35.5 inches (75th percentile)
Head - 50 cm (75th percentile)
Isn't he about the cutest lil' cowboy you've ever seen?!?

Graham's 2nd Birthday PAR-TEE!
Why must they grow up so fast?!?!
Graham turned 2 on January 6th! He is the sweetest little boy that melts our hearts every single day.
Graham adores golf so we felt like a "GOLF" themed birthday party was the way to go. With mommy and daddy loving the sport, we spend quite a bit of time at the golf course with the kids riding in the golf cart and hitting balls. The golf club quickly became one of Graham's favorite toys this year. We had a small family party at the house and everything turned out really cute and Graham had a blast!
Our Pro Shop with party hats and water bottles...
Water bottles for the kids personalized with their own bag tag...
Party hats...
The dining room...
The centerpieces...
The food...
The driving range...
The birthday boy working on his swing...
Someone was ready for his presents...
Graham opening presents with a little help from big sis.
Such sweet siblings...
On his new Thomas trike...
Happy Birthday To You, Graham!!
Being bashful...
But really loving every minute of it!!
He didn't like the mess...
So Daddy helped him out...
The kids in their party hats. We forgot to put them when we sang to Graham. Shame on us!
Sweet Sadie...
We had the perfect little party for our perfect (at least to us) little one! We love you Graham!!
Thanks to our families that came to play a round with the birthday boy!!

December's Busy!
Whew...December was very busy for us...moved into a new house, pre-school program's and parties, my birthday and Christmas! I have fell behind on blogging but it was a wonderful holiday season!
The kids had their 1st Christmas Program. They did great! We really didn't think either of them would walk onto the stage but they surprised us. I didn't get great pics because I was far away but it'll do!
Graham's peformance...the 17-24 month olds...

A friend sent me a close up of Graham on the drums...

The 3 year olds. Morgan took her blankie on stage...Whatever worked!!

Milk and Cookie party following the program...

Santa's favorites!

We spent many December nights driving around looking at Christmas lights. This was a tradition for me growing up and I still love to do it and so do the kids. Here they are bundled up in pjs and ready to go!

The kids had school Christmas parties and they were so excited...they got to wear pjs to school! I was able to go to their parties which was very fun. This was my first time to see them in their class setting. They are growing up to fast. Before I know it they are going to be in Kindergarden! This year Graham is in a class of 5. Mrs. Mathiesen is so great to them! We are having a great experience at First Faith! Breakfast time...

Graham was more interested in playing with the balloons...

Then they did their book exchange...

Then it was time for Morgan's class party...She is in a class of 10 kids this year with 2 teachers, Mrs. Junell and Mrs. Martin. They got Chick Fila for their party...

Then they decorated cupcakes and ate them...

Then it was time for the book exchange...

Me and my sweet babies! Love them to pieces and so proud at how well they are doing in pre-school!

On Christmas Eve Eve, we went to the Candle Light Service at church. Before church the kids put out reindeer food. Santa came to our house on the 23rd because we were leaving for El Campo on the 24th.

On Christmas Eve morning we found the cookie crumbs that Santa left...

We noticed Chipy was no longer at our house...Chipy was our Elf on the Shelf. We have a fun month with him in the house. He returned back to the North Pole and we will miss him until he returns next year.
And we found everyones presents that Santa left and quickly dug in...

And we emptied our stocking that were filled with more treats...

They got everything they asked for from Santa (and more) this Christmas.
After presents at home, we headed to my mom's for Christmas with the El Campo crew.
Our entertainment...Nonny and Colton singing!

And Ross pretending to be a horse, which the kids loved!!

Then it was time for more presents...

Daddy and his lil' girl

Mommy and her lil' boy!

Morgan and Aunt Val drawing on her new easel...

Auntie with Morgan and Graham...

Me and baby Sadie...luv her!

Uncle Troy and Morgie

The boys...

Nonny and Gramps with the big kids. Graham was throwing a fit so we couldn't get him in it and Sadie was eating.

We had a great time with family in El Campo. We came back home for Christmas with the Baughman's on the 27th.
The kids with Pops and Gammy

Our happy lil family...

And more presents...

Morgan opening her Doodle Bear from Uncle Beau and Ashley.

The kids with Uncle Brent and Aunt Julie!

The both had so much fun this Christmas, as did we! We are very blessed with great family, friends and good health and for that we are thankful. We made lots of good memories this month and we cherish all of the moments.
