Easter 2011

We had a wonderful Easter weekend. We have so much to be thankful for. We thank God for our families, our health and our happiness. We are very blessed!

We went to El Campo and arrived on Friday afternoon and the kids ran directly from the car to Nonny and Gramp's swing set. They are still the perfect little travelers. After 5 hours riding in the car how could you blame them?!? After playing a while a Nonny's we went to Uncle Daniel's for a crawfish boil, fish fry and lots of other yummy food. It was delicious and a very good Good Friday!!

Our darling girl...

And precious boy...

There is nothing better than watching them play and have fun together...

They were very excited to see and play with their cousin, Colton.

Colton is a professional tractor driver. He can do do-nuts and the whole bit. He was Hillarious!!

On Saturday, the whole family came to my mom's for an early Easter. The weather was perfect and we spent the majority of the day playing outside. We had so much fun and enjoyed the family time.

Then it was time for the Egg Hunt.

Morgan is such the professional egg hunter. She did great!

Colton did good too!

Graham wasn't into hunting. He just wanted to eat the candy inside.

Me and my bunnies...

We didn't get a family picture this weekend. :(

Playing some more...

Uncle Troy and Aunt Val...

Uncle Troy asked Morgan what she wanted from the Easter Bunny and she said popcycles with two sticks. It was funny because she had never had one before. She has seen one on Candy Land and I guess that is what she wanted. Uncle Troy made a quick trip to the store and Wa-La. They all loved the popcycles...

After a long, fun day we tried to get a picture of our three little monkies. Don't they look exhausted?

On Sunday, the kids played in the morning, we had lunch and headed home so we could have Easter dinner with the Baughman's.

Easter dinner at the Baughman's. It was another great family celebration with more yummy food.

All smiles...

Morgan and Aunt Julie playing...

And being silly with Uncle Brent!

Hope everyone had a blessed Easter!

Easter Egg Hunt at Rose Park

First United Methodist Church - Mansfield had the annual Egg Hunt on Sunday. Graham hadn't been feeling well but we still headed out for the event and he was a trooper. We met Gammy and Pops at the park, enjoyed a short worship service with some singing and then it was time for the egg hunt.

It was a beautiful day for a walk in the park...

Or to play...

It was a fun church outing and afternoon at the park!
