Morgan's Big Girl Room...

This weekend we shopped for Morgan some big girl furniture. We are going to move Morgan’s nursery furniture into our little boy’s room and find some new furniture for Morgan. Our little boy’s room is taking the place of our current guest room. We have thrown around lots of ideas about what to do in Morgan’s room…Should we get her a twin bed, use my old day bed that is in the attic, get her a full bed, let her use our queen bed that is in the guest room?? We still haven’t completely decided what to do but we need to decide soon. I want to move her into a new bed by the end of October to give her a couple months to get used to it before the baby arrives. I don’t want Morgan to have too much new change to adapt to at once. (if that is possible?). She has been the BEST sleeper so I am a little worried that moving her to a new bed is going to mess up her great sleeping habits, but hopefully not!! We will make a big deal about it and hopefully the transition will go smoothly. I will let you know how it goes when that time comes...

It's a BOY!!

A lot of you guessed right…We just found out today at our 20 week ultrasound that we are having a little baby boy! We are so excited!! Bryan and I couldn't be happier that he is growing fine and looks healthy. Morgan was right when she told us she was going to have a bubba! :) She is going to be the best big sister to her little brother!!

I am sure Bryan is on cloud nine. He is not going to be outnumbered by girls! :) Instead, now he will have a little buddy to do all the fun boy things with. We are very excited that we will soon have a little girl and little boy running around the house. What a perfect family!!! I am ready to start shopping for blue, getting ideas for his nursery and thinking of boy names. We can’t wait until January!

Boy or Girl...

As many of you know we are expecting baby #2. We have our 20 week sonogram this Wednesday and we will try to find out the sex of our baby. Bryan and I both feel like we are going to have another girl, but who knows. I have asked Morgan if she is going to have a bubba or sissy and she says bubba. :) We will be happy either way, just praying for a healthy baby. I created a poll so please vote and tell us what you think this baby will be. We will share the news later this week if we are able to find out.

Hello All...

I have finally decided to join the world of blogging. I created a Baby Jelly Beans website when Morgan was born and it worked out well, but have now decided to close that website so now I am here. I am going to try to figure out this whole blogging thing...it seems a little confusing. Hopefully I will get a hang of it. See you soon!
