This past weekend my sister came to play with me in our Invitational Golf Tournament at WCCC. I had been looking forward to this tournament because Kristie and I hardly ever play with each other anymore. It was just like the old days - so fun!! There were 120 ladies in the field - 60 teams. We were in the 1st flight. We didn't know what to expect. Kristie hardly ever plays anymore (maybe a couple times a year), but you wouldn't know it by the way she played last weekend. And me - You just never know! :) It was a very tough field. We played excellent on Friday finishing with a 67 gross, 63 net which put us in 2nd place after Day 1. We were very pleased and ready for Day 2. Unfortunetly, the weather didn't cooperate and the tournament was called mid-morning on Saturday because of the storms and heavy rain.

It never stopped raining and it would have been so sloppy so it was a good thing they called it.
SO....We won 1st Net. Not too shabby!
This was our 1st year to play in this tournament and we hope to be back next year!!
