Morgan's 2nd Halloween

Morgan had a Happy 2nd Halloween. As expected, we didn't get her bumble bee costume back on her. Honestly, we didn't even try. She was so unhappy the day she had it on for pictures that every time we talked about the costume or she saw it she would get upset. It just wasn't worth the fight. We just wanted her to have a fun evening. We planned all along to let her wear one of her halloween t-shirts with jeans but at the last minute I was talking to Betsey, our sweet neighbor and she asked if we/Morgan wanted to borrow her daughter's cheerleading outfit that she wore a few years ago. We took her up on the offer and Morgan didn't mind it at all, I think she actulally liked it. Thank you so much, Betsey!! Maybe this is a sign that she will be a little cheerleader one day?!? Our neighborhood had a block party so we took Morgan to play with all the neighborhood kids around 4:30. They had a bounce house and lots of other fun games. Morgan LOVES bounce houses so that is where she spent the majority of her time. She was jumping, falling, rolling and just having a ball! Around 6:30 all the kids left the party and went trick or treating. Morgan loved that too. She didn't really like the idea of putting her treats in her pumpkin...she wanted to eat everything as soon as she got it. :) After trick or treating we went back to party and had dinner, let Morgan jump a little more and then she was ready to call it a night. She had a GREAT, HAPPY Halloween and so did we.
